Sample Itinerary
- Hour 1: Gear Outfitting & Instruction
- Hour 2-3: Starting from our dock in the small boat harbor, the group will kayak into the calm, protected waters of Duck Flats. The tour will navigate past the new harbor, following a chain of small islands known for their nesting birds and sunbathing seals. Along the way, participants will enjoy discussions about natural history as well as the history of Valdez. This is a fantastic sea kayak tour, perfect for first-time paddlers who are short on time.
